Meanwhile, Manda hounds a factory owner named Yanagida for his interest payments, only to discover that he's only one of many victims of the evil liquidator Gennai, who profits off of other companies' bankruptcy.

When aspiring businessman Chiwaki borrows money from the LA mafia and flees to Japan to escape his debt, he soon finds himself being chased throughout Osaka by the local yakuza and a mafia loan shark. Chiwaki plans to get out of debt by investing in a high-end beauty salon, with a loan from Ginjiro Manda. Soon, Chiwaki finds himself pursued by Manda as well, who is willing to go up against the mafia to get his money back.

But when the club owner turns out to have ulterior motives, Rio turns to Manda for help.
